Food Day is a nationwide celebration and a movement for healthy, affordable, and sustainable food.
Our challenge will begin October 3rd and culminate with a celebration dinner in our café on Food Day, October 24th. The goal is to learn how to eliminate, or minimize highly processed foods from your diet to eat more healthfully.

10/3 Real Food Challenge Begins
Processed foods are nutrient devoid and calorie dense. Fresh unprocessed foods are nutrient dense and provide us with the nutrition that we need to stay healthy, they provide us with all of the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that we need to get and stay healthy. This series of classes are designed to teach you all sorts of tips and tricks to incorporate more clean eating principles into your life for better health.

Real food meals can be made in just minutes with a little forethought and preparation. Learn how to set yourself up for success so that you can create food fast instead of relying on fast food to feed your family.
