This series of classes are designed to teach you all sorts of tips and tricks to incorporate more clean eating principles into your life for better health.

10/6 Real Food Meals

Real food meals can be made in just minutes with a little forethought and preparation. Learn how to set yourself up for success so that you can create food fast instead of relying on fast food to feed your family.

10/13 Real Food Snacks

Snacks should be thought of as mini-meals and should always be nutritious rather than full of empty calories, especially for children and oldsters.
