We work hard to keep plenty of fish in the sea! Beginning on November 7th, one Wednesday a month, we'll feature a sustainable product from our seafood department.

This week, check out the Patagonian Scallop Fishery, which has been MSC Certified since 2006. Their product is harvested under strict guidelines, allowing Whole Foods Market to offer consistent high quality year-round. Harvest vessels can catch, process, and freeze scallops in under 1 hour, locking in fresh flavor and perfect taste until you are ready to use them.
