Home Wine Kitchen’s Cassy Vires joins Feast publisher and editor Cat Neville to demo her delectable take on Thanksgiving. Learn to make chef Cassy’s hay-smoked pheasant, roasted garlic and apple mashed potatoes. She’ll also demo her chocolate-fig tart with cinnamon cream and Cat will show you her classic brandy-spiked pumpkin pie. STLwinegirl Anglea Ortmann will pour wines throughout the class that take the guess work out of what to serve this Thanksgiving.

Can you believe it? As of June 26, we will have been open for business for 5 years! And we feel like celebrating you, our customers! We’ve got a full day planned of some very special activities along with many of our long-time partners, who will be in our store that day celebrating with us, including: St. Louis County Library Foundation; World Bird Sanctuary; STL Picky Eaters; KDHX; Better Life; St. Louis Poetry Center; the Muny; the Whisnant Family Farm; St. Louis Earth Day Festival; the Magic House and Discovering Options. And, last but certainly not least, we are going to host a Scavenger Hunt! Answer every question correctly, and in honor of our 5 years of being open in Town & Country, your scavenger form can be entered to win a $500 Whole Foods Market gift card!
