As our cheese classes have evolved, we’ve come to realize that we need to change the format in order to accommodate the number of customers who are interested in these offerings. As a result, we’ve decided to host the event as more of a sampling in our Specialty department. Melanie will still be on hand to facilitate the demo and answer any of your questions about the types of cheeses being sampled, but we will no longer host the event in our classroom. Additionally, advance registration is no longer necessary. Expert advice, great cheeses and wine sampling will still be a part of this opportunity. All are welcome, and you’ll continue to taste and learn from our experts! In our third cheese demo event of the year, all things sustainable will be tasted and discussed. Melanie will be talking about some tips for making selections and how to pair your picks with your favorite beverages.
