The Engine 2 Seven Day Rescue™ Challenge provides everything you need to launch yourself into a plant-strong™ lifestyle following seven simple pillars to success. Based on six years and more than 1300 participants, Rip Esselstyn developed this program once he learned that real, measurable results are possible after just one week of a whole foods, plant-based eating plan. During this week, you will enjoy twenty-one meals that are plant-strong and filled with vitality; twenty-one powerful meals that will nurture you as you take a deep dive to where nutrition really lives.
