Tiny Trapeze Confections, Inc. was born out of the idea that sweets made with all natural and organic ingredients can taste great. Our products are part of our lifestyle and an extension of who we are. We believe in the importance of real food and simple and small indulgences as a way to bring pleasure to life, promoting healthy eating and living, and feeding kids right.

We created tiny trapeze confections with three simple principles in mind:

Our company and our products reflect our long-standing passion for creating artisan foods using the highest quality ingredients. We use nothing artificial, no scary sweeteners, icky fake flavors or artificial colors. We are inspired by simple, classic recipes that we love to reinvent, to create sweets that our friends and family love to eat.

The company is located in an old mill factory in Hyde Park, a Boston neighborhood. The factory, with its high ceiling is flooded with natural light has a cheerful character that matches the playfulness of the products produced there. The cheerful sound of vintage machinery, now lovingly restored and hard at work, permeates the Tiny Trapeze production area. Reflecting the founders' old world craftsmanship, dedication to detail, and flair for the unexpected, the machines that make these treats are as unique as the confections they create.

About Our Products

Nut Brittles — Nutty, Crunchy, Dark Roasted Flavor

Peanut, Chocolate Peanut, Sesame, Cashew
We make each batch by hand with nuts, organic sugar, butter, salt and pure vanilla. The tempting mixture is cooked in copper kettles then cooled on a slab. The resulting brittle is perfectly light, not overly sweet and enjoyably crunchy, with deep roasted flavor.

Chewy Caramels — Simple and Classic

Authentic, old world flavor made with simple, all natural and organic ingredients. Cut and twist-wrapped in nostalgic wax paper wrappers.

Chocolate Espresso
The pairing of the highest quality organic cocoa with the intense imported espresso coffee powder yields a sophisticated treat with bold flavor.

Toasted Almond
We take a fresh approach to this classic confection, by blending chopped, toasted almonds and a touch of pure almond extract into our warm caramel. The combination of the smooth, buttery texture of the candy and the crunchy, earthy flavor of the toasted almonds is unique.

We make our chocolate and chocolate walnut fudge the old-fashioned way in small batches, with unsweetened Belgian chocolate, fresh whole milk, heavy cream and sweet, unsalted butter, large California walnuts.

Graham Crackers — Real, Old-Fashioned Flavor

Plain & Simple
We're following in the footsteps of Sylvester Graham, who baked the first Graham Cracker in 1829. We use whole wheat graham and unbleached, unbromated flour, sweetened with pure organic honey, blackstrap molasses, and naturally milled organic cane sugar, spiced with a touch of cinnamon. These crackers take you back to a time when all food was real.

Marshmallows and hot chocolate or s'mores made with marshmallows have long been a favorite for kids and grownups alike. Distinguished by their velvety texture and subtle aroma of Madagascar vanilla, our Simply Vanilla marshmallows are perfect for these beloved treats. It's a classic, only made better.

We've taken the flavor of this fluffy childhood favorite to the clouds and created an all-natural marshmallow creme with truly delicious taste and light texture. This yummy treat can be used in any recipe calling for marshmallow crème. Make fudge with it, spread it for a classic peanut butter sandwich or stir it into hot cocoa. Keeping with our company’s mission, our marshmallow creme is made with only natural and organic ingredients.
