Our Penne all’Arrabbiata is far more delicious than it is angry. Made in Mongrassano, Italy, each “penna” is made using bronze-cut durum wheat semolina dough, for that homemade pasta texture that is sure to satisfy. While typically enjoyed as a first dish, or “primo piatto”, we think this pasta recipe is more than a prelude to an outstanding meal.
