Our vegetable samosas are filled with a savory combination of potatoes and peas that have been slow-roasted in fragrant herbs and spices, like cumin, garam malsala, coriander and turmeric. These triangular pies may be petite, but there’s big flavor packed into that crisp pastry exterior. Like any good samosa, ours are a tad spicy and are delicious paired with a cooling green or “hari” chutney like one made from coriander or mint.
