Beef Franks Mini Kabobs

Serves 6 to 8; makes 20 mini kabobs

Adults and kids alike will fall for these summer skewers, threaded with fresh zucchini, cherry tomatoes and beef hot dogs, and basted with honey mustard.

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Wellshire Premium Beef Franks, each cut into 5 chunks
  • 2 zucchini or yellow squash, each cut into 10 chunks
  • Canola spray oil
  • 1/4 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Honey Mustard Dressing, plus more for dipping

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread 1 tomato, 1 piece of beef frank and 1 piece of squash onto a 6-inch skewer to form each kabob. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before assembling.) Oil kabobs and grill, flipping once and basting often with dressing, until hot throughout and somewhat charred, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with more dressing for dipping.
