  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons flax oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
