Creamy Black Bean Dip with Jalapeno Potato Chips

Rich and creamy, here's a lime- and cilantro-spiked creamy bean dip that pairs perfectly with our spicy, crunchy potato chips. Watch it disappear!

  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (4.4-ounce) package Snøfrisk Fresh Spreadable Norwegian Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 1 (5-ounce) bag kettle-cooked jalapeño potato chips

In a food processor, purée beans, cheese, lime juice and zest until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in 3 tablespoons cilantro and scatter remaining 1 tablespoon over the top. Serve with chips for dipping.
