If you can boil water, then you can make this delicious appetizer. We love to serve the shrimp with an easy dipping sauce: Mix some of the Cajun spice blend with mayonnaise, lemon juice and horseradish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound medium shell-on shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons crab boil or Cajun spice
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

Method:
Combine water, crab boil, lemon and celery in a large saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to simmer until shrimp are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Immediately remove the pan from the heat and leave shrimp in water for 5 minutes to absorb more flavor. Drain and cool slightly.
