Curried Apple Chutney

Makes about 4 cups
Time 22 min
An excellent topping for sandwiches, chicken, pork or steamed greens. The spiciness of the finished chutney will depend on the heat of your curry powder, so increase or decrease the amount you use to suit your tastes and add chile flakes for more kick.

  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
