Deli-Style Salami Rollups

Goat cheese and pears may seem like a fancy combination, but they're just right paired with Genoa salami in these casual rollups.

    Ingredients: 
    • 4 slices nitrate-free Genoa salami
    • 4 teaspoons mild goat cheese with garlic and chives
    • 4 slices red pear

    Method: 

    Lay salami out. Spread 1 tsp of goat cheese on each piece. Lay a slice of pear over cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
