Easy Roasted Asparagus

Top this classic spring side dish with shards of Parmigiano-Reggiano for a savory garnish.

    Ingredients: 
    • 2 pounds asparagus tips (trimmed)
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt to taste

    Method: 

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Place asparagus on 2 baking sheets (arranged in one layer for ample room). Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and season with salt. Toss gently to distribute oil and salt.

    Bake until asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes. Place spears on serving platter and serve.
