Ingredients: 
  • 1 package Whole Kitchen™ Three Cheese Quiche*
  • 1 cup mixed baby greens
  • 1 (14-ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and sliced 1/2-inch
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 5 radishes, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, cubed
  • 1 blood orange, cut into segments (or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method: 
Prepare quiche according to package directions. While quiche is heating, toss greens, hearts of palm, onion, radishes, avocado and orange segments in a bowl with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sliced quiche.
