A sure-fire hit when you need dinner in a flash, we love the pairing of this salad and our authentic Whole Kitchen™ Three Cheese Quiche. It has a delicate European crust and a rich filling that is immensely satisfying.

  • 1 package Whole Kitchen™ Three Cheese Quiche*
  • 1 cup mixed baby greens
  • 1 (14-ounce) can hearts of palm salad cut, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
  • 1 blood orange, cut into segments (or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper

Prepare quiche according to package directions. While quiche is heating, toss greens, hearts of palm, onion, radishes, avocado and orange segments in a bowl with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with additional vinaigrette, if desired. Serve with quiche wedges.
