Instant Banana Pudding

This dessert, perfect for breakfast or a snack, is surprisingly made from applesauce and yogurt. Serve it with a few vanilla wafers on the side for dipping.
Ingredients: 
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 teaspoons plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method: 
Mash banana in a large bowl with a fork or potato masher. Add applesauce, yogurt and cinnamon and stir well. Transfer to two servings bowls and serve immediately.
