Try blending up an easy batch of this mango, cherry and sake drink for your next cocktail hour.

  • 1 small mango, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 cups chilled mild sake (about 2/3 of a 720ml bottle)
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened pitted cherries
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water

Combine mango, sake, cherries and lime juice and zest in a blender and purée. Pour into a pitcher and add sparkling water.
