Marinated Chicken Wings

Serves 4

For an easy accompaniment, grill skewered cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms, too.

  • 12 chicken wings, split into drums and flats, wingtips removed
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette
  • 4 ribs celery, cut into sticks
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing

Put chicken and vinaigrette into a large bowl, toss well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat grill. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on grill and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through and deep golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

Transfer to a platter and serve with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.
