Mellow Tofu Spread

Silken tofu gives a creamy texture to this spread, great for using on sandwiches and wraps or as a vegetable dip.

    Ingredients: 
    • 12 ounces firm silken tofu
    • 1 tablespoon tahini
    • 1 tablespoon mellow white miso
    • 1/2 teaspoon dill

    Combine tofu, tahini, miso, and dill in a food processor and blend until smooth.
