Mt. Tam Cheese and Turkey Baguette Sandwiches

Need another reason to love Cowgirl Creamery's Organic Mt. Tam triple-crème cheese? It makes just about any sandwich a celebration. Here it's paired with turkey, tangy honey mustard and crisp apple on a hearty whole wheat baguette.

  • 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 6 ounces deli-sliced smoked turkey (about 8 slices)
  • 1 Gala apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 handfuls watercress sprigs, mâche or other tender greens
  • 1/2 wheel (5 ounces) Organic Mt. Tam cheese, thinly sliced

Spread the bottom half of the bread with mustard and layer with turkey, apple, greens and cheese. Cover with the top of the bread and cut into 4 sandwiches.
