Try spooning this vinaigrette over roasted asparagus or broccoli or tossing it with bitter greens like arugula for a salad.
Ingredients: 
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/8 sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or champagne vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/3 cup canola oil

Method: 
In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, onions, vinegar, mustard and honey. Gradually whisk in oil until well blended.
