Paprika-Dusted Gouda

This extremely simple entertaining snack combines the smoky sweet flavor of Spanish paprika with the nutty creaminess of Gouda. No baking or cooking required!

Ingredients: 
  • 10 ounces Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons smoked sweet Spanish paprika

Method: 

Bring Gouda to room temperature and spread on a working surface. Using a fine strainer or a sifter, dust paprika liberally over cheese. Skewer each cube with a toothpick and transfer to a serving tray.
