Roman Tuna Salad

Serves 4

Serve this salad on crusty bread with lettuce, Kalamata olives and sliced tomatoes.

  • 2 (6-ounce) cans chunk tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup prepared Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

Put tuna into a large bowl and flake with a fork. Add dressing, capers, celery, peppers and parsley and mix together until just combined.
