A sprig of rosemary turns this sparkling cocktail into an herbal treat.

  • 3/4 cup pear nectar or juice
  • 6 small sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled

Pour 2 tablespoons pear nectar into each of 6 champagne flutes or small wine glasses. Place 1 rosemary sprig in each glass and top with wine. Serve immediately.
