Shrimp Cocktail with Sauce

Serves 4 to 6

It doesn't get more classic than shrimp cocktail for party season. This version is so tasty, you won't want to save it just for special occasions. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.

Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 pounds tail-on, deveined cooked shrimp, chilled

Method: 

Combine ketchup, lemon zest, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve alongside cooked shrimp.
