Shrimp with Pineapple-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Spicy, sweet and tangy, the sauce would also be good with ham.

    Ingredients: 
    • 2 cups 1/2-inch cubes Whole Trade pineapple
    • 3 tablespoons 365 Everyday Value Apricot Fruit Spread
    • 3 tablespoons lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
    • 3/4 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or more to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 2 dozen Whole Catch 31/40 Peeled and Deveined, Tail-On Cooked Shrimp

    Method: 

    Put all ingredients except shrimp into a food processor and purée until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and serve with shrimp on the side for dipping.
