Tropical Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce

Serves 4

Serve this pineapple, orange and kiwi mix for breakfast, dessert or a snack. It makes for a great lunch or brunch side dish, too.

  • 4 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 (-ounce) can pineapple rings, drained
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup granola

Mix yogurt and honey in a medium bowl until very smooth; set aside. On each of 4 dessert plates, create a tower by layering pineapple with orange and kiwi. Drizzle a small amount of the yogurt and honey mixture over the top. Spoon remaining yogurt and honey mixture around fruit, sprinkle with granola and serve.
