Tropical Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce

Serve this pineapple, orange, kiwi and berry mix for breakfast, dessert or a snack. It makes for a great lunch or brunch side dish, too.

    Ingredients: 
    • 4 ounces vanilla yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 ( ounce) can pineapple rings, drained
    • 1 orange, peeled and sliced into rounds
    • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced into rounds
    • 1 berries or grapes
    • 1/2 cup granola

    Method: 

    Mix yogurt and honey in a medium bowl until very smooth; set aside. On each of 4 dessert plates, create a tower by layering pineapple with orange and kiwi. Drizzle a small amount of the yogurt and honey mixture over the top, then garnish each plate with a berry or grape. Spoon remaining yogurt and honey mixture around fruit, sprinkle with granola and serve.
