Waffles with Berries and Greek Yogurt

The combination of sweet berries and tart Greek yogurt make a tasty, easy topping for toasted waffles.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup cup raspberries
- 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
- 8 frozen waffles, toasted
- 3 tablespoons honey
Method
Place yogurt, strawberries, raspberries and orange zest in the bowl of food processor and pulse just until coarsely chopped. Or, combine ingredients in a bowl and use a potato masher to mash until combined.
Top waffles with the yogurt mixture and a drizzle of honey.
