Cherry Almond Smoothie

Serves 4

Almond milk, creamy almond butter, sweet cherries and a touch of honey provide both carbohydrates and protein, everything you need to start your morning right.

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk
1 (10-ounce) package frozen cherries
1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter
2 tablespoons raw honey

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
