Smoked Wild Salmon Toasts

Makes about 20 toasts

For a gluten-free option, use rounds of English cucumber in place of the toasts.

Ingredients

1 package 365 Everyday Value Mini Toasts
1(6-ounce) package Whole Catch Smoked Wild Salmon
1 (6-ounce) container crème fraîche or sour cream
Prepared horseradish, to taste
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
4 sprigs fresh dill, chopped, more for garnish

Method

Top toasts with salmon. Mix together crème fraîche with horseradish to taste, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill. Dollop crème fraîche mixture on the salmon. Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill and lemon zest.
