CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING
Our corporate teambuilds bring your employees to the table inspired by a sense of teamwork, trust and leadership.
Is your bottom line leaving a “bad taste in your mouth”?
The kitchen provides a level playing field for individuals and is an excellent opportunity for your employees to build communication and leadership skills.
BENEFITS OF OUR CORPORATE TEAM BUILDS INCLUDE:
- better team skills
- improved morale
- a new-found sense of respect for individuals
- active participation in the success of your business.
Just as in the creation of a successful business or project, creating an amazing meal as a group requires proper planning, management and leadership. Preparing and presenting food, be it one dish or an elaborate banquet, requires knowledge, skill, a sense of timing and of course a solid recipe. Our teambuilding activities identify each individual’s creative talents, leadership qualities, commitment, and interpersonal skills, then builds on those attributes through taste-filled action.
Each person in your group is assigned a task vital to the success of the meal. If one person adds too much or too little of an ingredient, if one person steps in and places his task in front of another’s, the meal will be ruined.
Cooking together is truly about being part of a team. Turn your next company dinner into a company triumph!
