The Whole Foods Market Durham catering office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekend hours vary. To ensure availability of your preferred menu, 48 hours notice is recommended for all catering orders. For custom menus and seasonal specialties, please contact the catering liaison. Prices listed are subject to change, and do not reflect the current state sales tax.

Full payment is due at the time of order pickup or delivery. A deposit may be required for larger orders. We accept cash and major credit cards. Delivery orders require a credit authorization form to be submitted prior to the date of delivery. Download our credit authorization form and return it to the store prior to the day of your order. You may scan and email this completed form to gene[dot]hardison[at]wholefoods[dot]com or fax to 919-286-5372.
Due to the time involved in the preparation of catering orders, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your order. Same day cancellations will incur a cancellation charge if production has begun for your order.
