In-Kind Donations and Event Sponsorships
Whole Foods Market Carrollwood contributes to a number of community events, fundraisers and organizations all year long through product support.
To be considered for a contribution, please complete and submit a Donation Request Form All forms must be filled out in their entirety and returned at least 8 weeks prior to the event for consideration. Before submitting you application, please read our Donations Guidelines for more information. While we do our best to fulfill as many request as possible, we receive a large number of requests and cannot honor or respond to every one.
Donate Your Dime
Did you know that Whole Foods Market gives 10 cents per bag to customers who re-use their own shopping bags for their purchased groceries? This program reduces our impact on the environment and now supports local non-profit groups. Customers have the choice to accept their cash refund, or donate the cash back to the store’s chosen non-profit organization or to the Whole Planet Foundation. One local non-profit is chosen each quarter to receive the Donate Your Dime option. To apply to be a Donate Your Dime recipient, please complete and submit a Donate Your Dime Application.
Our current Donate Your Dime recipient is Northwest Elementary School for their school garden.
Community 5% Days
Our Community 5% Days are another meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated day throughout the year a total of 5% of the day’s net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organization just by shopping on these 5% Days.
To apply to be a 5% Day recipient, please complete and submit a 5% Day Application.
