You can Shutl your shopping anywhere within London.

FREE Shutl delivery if you live within 5 miles from the store and spend £100 or more -  in a time slot of your choice

·         If you spend over £100 and live within 5 miles from the store we will deliver your shopping for free

·         If you spend less than £100 and live within 5 miles from the store Shutl will charge the total cost to deliver your shopping

·         If you live beyond 5 miles Shutl will provide an immediate quote for your delivery, and you will need to pay the extra cost

Will Whole Foods Market deliver my shopping?  

No, Shutl will collect your shopping from the store and, at an agreed time, deliver to your front door. Shutl is the world's fastest, most convenient and best-loved delivery service.

How does it work and how much does it cost ?

Simply pay for your shopping and talk to a Team Member at the Customer Service desk. They will help you select a 1-hour window of your choice.

What can I Shutl?

We'll shutl pretty much anything provided it's legal - with a couple of exceptions: No frozen foods, no cakes or no flowers.

Can I amend or cancel my delivery?

Once a delivery is booked it is advisable to not adjust the delivery as this will likely incur extra charges. If this is unavoidable and you wish to amend or cancel your order, please ring Shutl Customer Service on 0844 879 2211 as early as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation or the nature of the amendment some additional charges may be incurred.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your package has been collected Shutl will send you a link to track your delivery in real time on a GPS-enabled map.

What if I'm not in when the courier arrives?

When the courier arrives at the delivery address, we expect someone to be available to handover/sign for the package. In the event than nobody is available, Shutl Customer Services will call you and take further instructions. Please note that any changes to the scheduled delivery may incur an additional charge.  

The courier will wait at the address for up to 10 minutes free of charge.

What do I do if my courier doesn't show up?

If my courier is late do I get a refund?

Shutl does not automatically offer refunds for service delay or failures, but will investigate each instance on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds will be made to the card used to make payment.
