Welcome to Whole Foods Market, Lincoln Park's Cooking Classroom!  Our mission is to bring back home cooking.  No matter what kind of food-lifestyle you live, learning to cook for yourself is always the healthiest way to eat.  Come join us and participate in a medley of opportunities to enhance your knowledge, gain new skills and socialize with like-minded individuals.
 
To sign up for classes, you can call 312.587.0648 and speak to a customer service team member.  Full payment is needed to hold your spot.  We require 48 hours notice of cancellation to refund your money.

Our school doors aren’t closed today!  We’d love to educate your child(ren) on their day off with a skill set that will be used for decades to come—cooking!  All participants will be shopping, prepping, cooking, eating and cleaning.  Most food is made from scratch and in season!  Today’s menu will include handmade spaghetti and meatballs, cheesy bread, cannoli and Italian iced strawberry soda.

In centuries past, ones' education was not considered complete without a Tour of Italy.  Enjoy an evening of the top Italian picks of Whole Foods Wine Department paired with tasting plates of freshly prepared Italian cuisine.  We will sample the best Barolo, Brunello, Chianti, and other wines from the place that the ancient Greeks called Oenotria, "the land of wine."   Also featured will be wines and plates from outlying regions like Sicily and Sardinia.  Join Whole Foods Market Sommellier and Chef David Stowell for a delightful Tour of Italy.

Beautiful France in Wintertime is the theme of a wine and food pairing event hosted by Whole Foods Market Sommellier and Chef David Stowell.  We will present top French wines paired with tasting plates of freshly prepared French cuisine.   The focus will be on wintertime menus, including dishes from the Ardennes, Champagne, and Normandy.  Spend a pleasant evening sampling and learning about some of the best wines and dishes enjoyed by French families when the weather is bright and cold.
