Welcome to Whole Foods Market, Lincoln Park's Cooking Classroom!  Our mission is to bring back home cooking.  No matter what kind of food-lifestyle you live, learning to cook for yourself is always the healthiest way to eat.  Come join us and participate in a medley of opportunities to enhance your knowledge, gain new skills and socialize with like-minded individuals.

No School Kid’s Cooking Camp—Columbus Day Inspired Foods
Ages 8-13
Hands-On, 4 hour class

Our school doors aren’t closed today!  We’d love to educate your child(ren) on their day off with a skill set that will be used for decades to come—cooking!  All participants will be shopping, prepping, cooking, eating and cleaning.  Most food is made from scratch and in season!  Today’s menu will include food ingredients that Columbus would have had on his boat as he traveled to the New World:  Flour, Dried Lentils, Dried Beans and Sweet Potatoes. Our campers will be making Unleavened Bread, Lentil Stew, Baked Beans and Sweet Potato Pie.
