HOW IT WORKS
To place your order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 407-355-7100 at least 48 hours prior to your desired delivery date. A Whole Foods Market Team Member will gather your items and contact Doorstep Delivery. A Doorstep Delivery Driver will pick up the order and deliver it to your Doorstep!
*All orders require 48 hour notice for processing
Delivery Fees range from $20 to $50 plus Driver Tip (within a 12 mile radius to our store).
$30 flat rate fee for all Disney Resorts.
Please contact our Delivery Coordinator for specific rates regarding to your order.
Extra delivery fees will apply to any orders outside of the 12 mile radius and orders larger than 10 or more pieces.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to much of Central Florida, including all the Disney Resorts, Universal Orlando Resorts and even Downtown Orlando.
Who will be delivering the groceries?
We have partnered with Doorstep Delivery. Once your order is ready, one of our Team Members will contact Doorstep Delivery and their driver will pick up your order and deliver it to you.
Can you Deliver Beer & Wine?
Yes, but the order must be placed by, paid for and delivered to an adult that is of legal age (21 and up). A copy of your photo ID must be sent to us before your order can be processed. Your ID will also be checked at time of delivery.
How much does it cost?
In addition to the cost of your grocery order there is a delivery fee ranging between $20 and $50 depending on your location. Please contact us for specific rates for your area . Gratuity for the driver is not included in the delivery fee. Tip can be applied to the bill at the time of processing payment for your convenience.
Do I have to be present at time of delivery?
It is not necessary for the person placing the order to be present at delivery, with exception to orders containing wine and beer. The drive will need to verify age at the time of delivery.
How do I pay?
A Whole Foods Market representative will call you the day prior to your scheduled delivery to process payment with any valid card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you do not wish to provide a credit card over the phone you can also purchase a virtual Whole Foods Market Gift Card on our website and provide our reppresntative with the gift card code.
How far in advance can I place my order?
As early as you like! Please note that a 48 hour advance notice is required to process and guarantee order.
Is there a minimum order for deliver?
No. Order as little or as much as you’d like. Extra delivery fees may apply for larger orders.
Will my order be kept hot or cold?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate for "hot" prepared items. However all cold and frozen items are stored at their proper temperatures here in the store until picked up then kept in coolers during transit.
Can I make changes to existing order?
Yes. Please remember that we will need a 48 hour advance notice for all orders, including changes.
What information do I need to place an order?
Name and Contact information, Name and Address of delivery destination, Date and Time of delivery request, Detailed list of Items to be shopped giving us as much information as you can including but not limited to Brand Name, Organic Preference, Size/Weight/Variety of item and any Allergen Information that is relevant to the order. Phone number to be reached at while traveling.
Do you have a list of groceries to choose from online?
We do not have a list to choose from online. You will need to provide us with a list of the groceries you are requesting.
What happens if you do not carry an item that I request? Do you substitute?
If we don't carry a specific item, we will give you some alternatives to choose from that are similar to your original request. We will not substitute an item until we have confirmed with you that the alternative item is what you want.
