Whole Foods Market Concierge Services are dedicated to delivering high quality, fresh and organic foods right to your door. We can even have your groceries ready and bagged curbside to make your weekly shop with Whole Foods fast, easy, and efficient. We want to know what you like, learn your preferences, and help make your life easier with our personal shopping service
How our Personal Shopping Services work:
- Contact our Concierge at 775. 852. 8023 ext.266 or via email NC.RNO.Concierge@wholefoods.com
- You will receive a customer profile to understand your shopping preferences, a shopping list template, and a link to our website http://wholefoodsmarket.com/users/lists.php
As well as our App, http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/apps/index.php where you can utilize our shopping list tool and build directly from recipes.
- After you make your list you can email directly to our Concierge at the above address. If you are interested in using our service regularly, we will schedule a weekly shop in our calendar.
- Please allow 24 hours notice for all orders.
- Concierge Service Fee is 10% of the total order. Each order is $50 minimum.
- Our Concierge also provides delivery services.

- $10 Local Reno/Sparks delivery fee within ten mile radius.
- $20 Spanish Springs/North Valleys
- $30 Carson City
- $40 Lake Tahoe Incline Village/Truckee
- $50 Tahoe City
- $60 South Lake Tahoe
- *$100 minimum order for all Tahoe Locations and on limited days*

Office Kitchen Shopping
Local Workplaces, we’re here to help. We want to help make your office, hospital or warehouse a healthier place to be. Let us fill your break room with fresh fruit, sandwiches, boxed salads and healthy snacks. Our Concierge also assists with break room pantry stocking, lunch time delivery and coordination with our Catering department for special events. Our Concierge services include a 10% shopping fee, and 10$ Local Delivery fee. For other locations, our delivery radius is listed above.
Local Business Concierge Services
Our Whole Foods Market Reno Concierge services extend our services to local Ski Resorts, Lodges, Casinos, and Hotels. Let us help make your guests feel right at home. Have that extra special guest with specific dietary needs? Want a fresh, exquisite gift basket for their arrival? Our Concierge will coordinate with your Concierge to make this happen. We’ll stock guest’s rooms with the best of the best from Whole Foods Market, specifically tailored to their preferences. Our Concierge will deliver right to you the freshest natural and organic foods perfect for the vacation lifestyle. Pricing is equal to our Personal Shopping fees: 10% of the total order, and delivery priced according to your location. Only $10 for Local Reno/Sparks Delivery!

No time to stock the cabinets? Just moved and want to start fresh with a natural and organic pantry? Let us fully stock you up with the highest quality natural and organic items from Whole Foods Market. For about $99 we’ll get all your shelf staples- healthy basic ingredients to cook delicious meals in a flash at home. We can tailor this to your specific needs if you prefer gluten free, organic, etc.
Healthy Eating Starter Kits
Want to eat healthy but have no clue where to begin? Let our Concierge personally select all the goods you’ll need to start your new endeavor. We’ll make a variety of healthy eating starter kits tailored based on your particular dietary needs, family size, preferences, and budget. Let us know your new plan and we’ll build a kit specifically for you. Or choose from a variety of pre-set categories: Vegan, Student, Gluten Free, Housewarming, or Health Starts Here. Kits come in complimentary re-usable bags from Whole Foods Market and include recipes, fresh produce and pantry staples. Pricing for Kits is a 10% Concierge Shopping fee.
