Mazemen is a new style of ramen without broth. Noodles are served with tare (sauce), flavored oil and a variety of toppings.
Daily Shoyu Ramen: This is a YUJI Ramen original, developed just for Whole Foods Market. In the tradition of the first ramen stands, we source bones from the Whole Foods Market Bowery butcher counter to make the broth of our ramen (fresh daily). The broth will change based on availability, as we work to promote sustainability and respect for our food supply.
