Traditional Butchery and Fishmongers Counters

A traditional butchery counter on the ground floor provides the freshest cuts of meat to order seven days a week. You can also find a variety of succulent homemade sausages, and a mouth-watering selection of oven ready dishes, as well as freshly prepared mincemeat. At the counter a dry-aging case tenderises prime cuts of beef in front of your eyes.

In store there is also a traditional fishmonger’s counter, selling fresh fish and seafood.

Our butchers and fishmongers are available to teach you how to cut and trim your favourite meet, or fillet your fish. They are also happy to share their knowledge, to give you cooking tips and recipe suggestions. Do not hesitate to ask!
