HOW IT WORKS


To place your order, please e-mail FL.WPK.Deliveries@wholefoods.com or call 407-673-8788. A Whole Foods Market Team Member will gather your items and contact Doorstep Delivery.  A Doorstep Delivery Driver will pick up the order and deliver it to your Doorstep!

$20 Flat Rate: Within 2 mile radius of the store

$30 Flat Rate: 2-5 mile radius from store

$50 Flat Rate: 5-7 mile radius from store

$60 Flat Rate: 7+ mile radius from store (at Doorstep's discretion)If you would like to tip the driver, this must be provided in cash at this time.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most of Central Florida.  Please refer to the Zip Codes above to see if we can deliver to you.

Who will be delivering the groceries?

We have partnered with Doorstep Delivery.  Once your order is ready, one of our Team Members will contact Doorstep Delivery and their driver will pick up your order and deliver it to your doorstep.

How much does it cost?

In addition to the cost of your grocery order there is a deliver fee of either $30 or $50 depending on your address.  Please refer to the PRICES section above to see which price your Zip Code falls under. Please don’t forget to tip the driver!

Do I have to be present at time of delivery?

Yes.  The credit card holder will be asked to be present and sign for the delivery.  No deliveries will be left if the credit card holder is not present.  Please check your order upon receipt.  Whole Foods Market is not responsible for the product, once delivery has been made.

How do I pay?

A Whole Foods Market representative will call you shortly before pick-up to process payment with any valid card.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that Driver’s tips must be in cash and cannot be added to the total bill.

How far in advance can I place my order?

As early as you like!  Please note that a 48 hour advance notice is required to guarantee order.

Is there a minimum order for deliver?

No.  Order as little or as much as you’d like.

Can I make changes to existing order?

Yes.  Please remember that will need a 48 hour advance notice for all orders, including changes.
