Digestion! All health starts in the gut, if our tummy is not happy the rest will fail. Learn how food combining and eating the right foods at the right times can clear out old matter from 10 years ago. Most excess weight is old matter built up in our digestive systems, Let’s clean them out. You will be given food combing recipes for your specific transition type! This can be the hardest week, so extra support is here for everyone. . We will also be demoing skin brushing and other methods of detoxification, ending with a recipe demo!
