Topics covered include adding in green leafy vegetables, delicious dairy free options, cooking without oils, a focus on beans and grains, healthy snack attack suggestions, and more! Attendance at the February 4th orientation is mandatory. For each additional 28-Day Healthy Eating Challenge you attend, you’ll be entered to win prizes distributed at our Graduation!
