Basic Knife Skills

Join Sarah, our Cooking At Home Specialist, as she shows you the simple techniques needed for safely using a knife. Learn how to slice, dice, chop, chiffonade and peel using a 10” chef knife! All skill sets are welcomed. You will leave class with new knife skills, a bag of freshly prepped vegetables and a delicious soup recipe to use them in.
