Chef Demonstration - Chef Freddy Vargas, Scarpetta

Freddy Vargas, Chef de Cuisine at Scarpetta Beverly Hills, leads an award-winning team of chefs, sommeliers and servers while overseeing the day-to-day operations in the kitchen. As a graduate of the American Culinary Institute of New York and with years of experience, including working with Chef Scott Conant at Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and then as Chef de Cuisine at the flagship location in New York. For this demonstration he will be using fresh ingredients from Whole Foods Market Beverly Hills, showing just how good food can be.
