Cooking with Beer

Beer is almost synonymous with Wisconsin and in this class VOM FASS Chef Kevin Appleton will use favorite local beers to make mussels with saffron, Guajillo chilies and beer, fruit-stuffed pork tenderloin with maple porter glaze and cheddar beer bread.
