Cooking Technique Class: “Seasonal, Local, Vegan Cooking” with Chef & Author Scott Sayre

In the Fall, leaves spiral earthward and the traditional energies of soil and metal are dominant.  We will explore these properties as a basis of seasonal and macrobiotic cooking and experience the ways that mindful food preparation can rejuvenate both mind and body.  Guests are invited to explore vegan foods and techniques which contain the healing properties of local seasonal foods.
