Cooks & Books Series: Kim O'Donnel

 

Meat Lover’s Meatless Celebrations features seasonally themed recipes and menus for all kinds of occasions. The cookbook’s how-to guide offers basic kitchen outfitting advice, and an introduction to “The Meat Lover’s Meatless Pantry.”

 

Kim O’Donnel is a trained chef, longtime journalist and author.

 

Kim will be sampling two dishes from her books and autographed copies will be available for purchase.
