Engine 2 - 28 Day Challenge

Engine 2 style means boosting the amount of plant-based foods in your daily diet. When you fill your belly with whole, minimally processed plant foods you’re eating plant-strong – and that’s the secret to taking control of your health. Engine 2 to the rescue!

When you fill your plate with lots of different fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds, you'll be putting more of the good stuff you want in your body — and less of what you don't.

The good stuff:

  • good carbs

  • phytonutrients

  • vitamins

  • minerals

  • fiber

The participants meet weekly, every Tuesday 6-7pm.
