In this 4-week series, we will explore many food myths and uncover the healthy truth about whole, plant based foods.  In each class, Health Starts Here Specialist, Julie Joiner will create and serve recipes that adhere to the Engine 2 Diet so that you can see how amazing eating healthy can actually taste!  Note to participants:  If you have food restrictions, please email Julie at julia.joiner@wholefoods.com to see if they can be accommodated within the classroom setting.
